sont compos\u00e9es des statuts, du r\u00e8glement d\u2019organisation, du Code de conduite et du r\u00e8glement de la commission du personnel. Elles constituent la base d\u2019une gouvernance efficace et performante, ax\u00e9e sur les prescriptions du Swiss Code of Best Practice for Corporate Governance.<\/p><p>Les comptes annuels ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tablis en conformit\u00e9 avec les recommandations relatives \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sentation des comptes (Swiss GAAP RPC) et pr\u00e9sentent une image fid\u00e8le du patrimoine, de la situation financi\u00e8re et des r\u00e9sultats. Dans le but de garantir la conformit\u00e9 des comptes annuels de l\u2019organisation avec les normes de pr\u00e9sentation des comptes en vigueur et de garantir ainsi la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du rapport, le comit\u00e9 et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de management ont pris des mesures internes. Un syst\u00e8me de contr\u00f4le interne fonctionnel a \u00e9t\u00e9
