Der Startschuss f\u00fcr das Projekt fiel im Juni 2017, als die Gemeindeversammlung von Laax den Kredit f\u00fcr einen Projektwettbewerb sprach. Als Gewinner ist das Projekt \u00abMira Val\u00bb der SSA Architekten AG Basel mit Ferrari Gartmann Ingenieure AG Chur hervorgegangen. Mit der Angliederung des neuen Wellnesshostels an das totalsanierte Hallenbad konnte die Gemeinde Laax, als Eigent\u00fcmerin, das \u00dcbernachtungs- und Freizeitangebot in der Gemeinde erweitern und wichtige Synergien effizient und wirtschaftlich sinnvoll nutzen. Das wellnessHostel<sup>3000<\/sup> bietet seinen G\u00e4sten insgesamt 158 Betten in 51 Zimmern. In dem behindertengerecht konzipierten Haus sind 16 Zimmer hindernisfrei zug\u00e4nglich. Das Hallenbad mit seinem 25-Meter-Becken und der Erlebnisrutsche wurde komplett saniert und durch ein Kleinkinder-Becken erweitert. Neu hinzugekommen sind ein grossz\u00fcgiger Wellnessbereich sowie ein top ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter.<\/p><p>Das Hallenbad Aua Grava mit seinem neuen Wellness- und Fitnessbereich sowie das neue wellnessHostel<sup>3000<\/sup> und das Restaurant Biblau wurde am 18. Dezember 2020 unter Einhaltung des Schutzkonzeptes er\u00f6ffnet und stehen seither f\u00fcr \u00dcbernachtungsg\u00e4ste offen. Das Angebot erfreute sich seither einer grossen Nachfrage und viele zufriedene G\u00e4ste wurden in K\u00fcrze zu Stammg\u00e4sten.
